This project was born out of love for our aging parents (parents-in-law) and the deep frustration of juggling it all, feeling out-to-sea without a life raft. We have felt the overwhelming pressure of trying to balance our everyday with increasing demands of caring for our parents in a culture that acts like it isn’t a real life stage. We set out to change that for the next generation of adult children.
We believe that both our society and our economy would be better if caring for our aging loved ones wasn’t so isolating and hard. No one should have to choose between their job, their kids, and their parents. No one should have to endure this alone. This is why we’re here — to bring humor, humanity and real talk to the table.
